Adjust the shape of Grillz ,Adjust the back hooks of Grillz .
Place the fixing bar to the middle of Grillz .
Pick up both the fixing bar and the Grillz together .
Place the Grillz with the fixing bar into the hot water.
Adjust as necessary for a perfect fit ,then wait two min,for the bar to harden.
